If your order is canceled by the system due to out-of-stock items, we’re truly sorry, this happens automatically. Orders are fulfilled on a first-paid, first-served basis.If a customer cancels or fails to complete payment, the stock will be automatically returned to the system and made available for new orders. PAYMENT CONFIRMATION
Payment should be made within 12 hours after checking out. To validate your purchase, you must confirm your payment through our website. If you do not complete the payment and confirmation within 12 hours, your order will automatically expire. You may place a new order, but we cannot guarantee product availability. Only payment by bank transfer requires manual confirmation. No confirmation is needed for payments by credit card, e-wallet, virtual account, or QRIS.
