PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
We sincerely apologize, but orders are shipped based on the order queue as they are received. If your order is canceled by the system due to out-of-stock items, we’re truly sorry, this happens automatically.
Orders are fulfilled on a first-paid, first-served basis.If a customer cancels or fails to complete payment, the stock will be automatically returned to the system and made available for new orders. Thank you for your understanding!
RETURN AND EXCHANGES
EXCHANGE
- Exchanges must be requested within 3 days after the item is received
- The label and tags must remain intact and must not be cut
- The product must be unused and unwashed
- The requested exchange item must be in stock
- If the exchanged item has a higher price, the customer must pay the price difference
- If the exchanged item has a lower price, unfortunately, the price difference cannot be refunded
- If there is any defect in the item you received, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. If stock is still available, we will replace it with a new one. We will cover the return shipping cost to us. Please contact us via WhatsApp, and our admin will be happy to assist you.
REFUND
- Refund must be requested within 3 days after the item is received

SHIPPING INFORMATION
We ship nationwide across Indonesia and internationally. Orders are generally dispatched within 3 working days after payment confirmation. Domestic shipments are sent via JNE service, with an estimated delivery time of 1-3 working days, depending on your chosen shipping option.
Shipping cost are borne by the customer and may vary depending on the destination.
Deliveries are made on working days only. Orders placed on weekends (Saturday & Sunday) or public holidays will be processed and shipped on the next working day. Your orders will not be shipped if payment cannot be confirmed or if the amount paid is incomplete.
PAYMENT CONFIRMATION
Payment should be made within 12 hours after checking out. To validate your purchase, you must confirm your payment through our website. If you do not complete the payment and confirmation within 12 hours, your order will automatically expire. You may place a new order, but we cannot guarantee product availability. Only payment by bank transfer requires manual confirmation. No confirmation is needed for payments by credit card, e-wallet, virtual account, or QRIS.
