EXCHANGE

• Exchanges must be requested within 3 days after the item is received.
• The label and tags must remain intact and must not be cut.
• The product must be unused and unwashed.
• The requested exchange item must be in stock.
• If the exchanged item has a higher price, the customer must pay the price difference.
• If the exchanged item has a lower price, unfortunately, the price difference cannot be refunded.

REFUND

• Refund must be requested within 3 days after the item is received.

• The product must be unused and unwashed.
