Why is my order being cancelled?
Maximum payment for an order is 1x12 hours after the order has been placed. If the payment has not been completed after the time limit, the order will be cancelled automatically.
Can I add items to my order after confirming it?
Unfortunately, you can not. You will need to place a separate order for any additional items you want to purchase.
How do I track my order?
Go to www.jne.co.id and type your airway bill that is given to you.
What kind of payment do you accept?
We accept payment using bank transfer (BCA), credit card (VISA, Mastercard, JCB), virtual accounts (BRI, Mandiri, BNI, Permata), eWallets (OVO, Dana, Link Aja, ShopeePay), and QRIS.
Can I alter my purchased items?

Shipping Information
We send to all parts of Indonesia and internationally,
please contact us through Whatsapp for all international orders.
Packages are generally dispatched within three working days after payment confirmation and are shipped using JNE service with an estimation of 1-3 working days to your package arrival based on your preference.
Shipping cost will be charged on customer and it may vary, depending on the location of which the package will be shipped to.
Delivery will be performed on working days, orders that are taken during weekend (Saturday and Sunday) and public holiday will be checked and shipped on the next working day.
Your orders will not be shipped if we're unable to confirm your payment or your payment was not in a full amount.
Return and Exchange
Return and exchange can only be process by following the terms and conditions as below:
- Return and exchange only applicable for domestic order only. For International order, we do not accept any return.
- Items should be returned new, unused, unwashed and with all garment tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered are not accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
- All pre-order items cannot be returned or exchanged. Please check your sizing before ordering. Don't hesitate to consult your sizing with us.
- The items must be return within three (3) days of receiving your package.
- All return fees including delivery fees are borne by customer.
- Any merchandise marked “SALE” cannot be exchange nor return.
