Return and exchange can only be process by following the terms and conditions as below:

• Return and exchange only applicable for domestic order only. For International order, we do not accept any return.

• Items should be returned new, unused, unwashed and with all garment tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered are not accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

• All pre-order items cannot be returned or exchanged. Please check your sizing before ordering. Don't hesitate to consult your sizing with us!

• The items must be return within 5 days of receiving your package.

• All return fees including delivery fees are borne by customer.

• Any merchandise marked “SALE” cannot be exchange nor return.
