Delivery & Return

Delivery (SHIPPING INFORMATION)

We ship nationwide across Indonesia and internationally. Orders are generally dispatched within 3 working days after payment confirmation. Domestic shipments are sent via JNE service, with an estimated delivery time of 1-3 working days, depending on your chosen shipping option.

Shipping cost are borne by the customer and may vary depending on the destination.

Deliveries are made on working days only. Orders placed on weekends (Saturday & Sunday) or public holidays will be processed and shipped on the next working day. Your orders will not be shipped if payment cannot be confirmed or if the amount paid is incomplete.

Returns (RETURN AND EXCHANGES)

EXCHANGE

  • Exchanges must be requested within 3 days after the item is received
  • The label and tags must remain intact and must not be cut
  • The product must be unused and unwashed
  • The requested exchange item must be in stock
  • If the exchanged item has a higher price, the customer must pay the price difference
  • If the exchanged item has a lower price, unfortunately, the price difference cannot be refunded
  • If there is any defect in the item you received, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. If stock is still available, we will replace it with a new one. We will cover the return shipping cost to us. Please contact us via WhatsApp, and our admin will be happy to assist you.
